leave a comment »

Here are a few watercolours I made on a two week artist residency in Andalucia, Spain which I’m just back from. If you’re interested in doing a residency, I really recommend it! http://www.losgazquez.com/en/ Click on Joya and Blog for more info, and email me if you have any questions about it…

leave a comment »

I saw this cad at a party in Hackney, East London – grey boiler suit, moustache, pointy blue shiny shoes.

Alisdair on Wire

Scrapes in Birlundula

with 4 comments

These watercolours are part of my Battle of Birlundula series. Birlundula is an imagined island where bears and birds battle with each other. They have lots of scraps and try and fool one another by masquerading as one another. I have more images from Birlundula in Screenprints.
